Your business, running
without the manual bits.
We automate the work your team repeats — and we go deep where it counts: IBM Maximo, MAS 9 and the integrations around them. Two decades of enterprise delivery stand behind all of it.

What we bring to the first conversation
20+ years
hands-on delivery in enterprise software, automation and asset management — the work, not the slide deck.
7.6.x → MAS 9
Maximo estates configured, integrated, scripted, migrated and regression-tested end to end.
8 sectors
utilities, transport, oil & gas, power, water, marine, construction and automotive operations.
IBM Maximo, MAS 9 and the testing that protects them
Two decades of hands-on implementations across utilities, transport, oil & gas, power, water, dockyards, construction and automotive — delivered on four continents.
Talk to a Maximo specialist →Platform consulting & support
Configuration, workflow design, performance tuning and steady-state support for 7.6.x and MAS.
Integration (MIF · REST · OSLC)
Interfaces to ERP, finance, GIS, SCADA, scheduling and mobile — monitored and documented.
Automation scripting
Jython and Python automation — validation, escalations, data loads and safe bulk corrections.
MAS migration
Structured 7.6.x → MAS: assessment, remediation, containerised deployment and cutover planning.
Regression packs
Work order lifecycle, PM generation, inventory and purchasing — plus the MIF and REST interfaces behind them.
SAP transaction testing
Maximo ↔ SAP proven by exercising real calls — purchase orders, goods movements, invoices.
Azure DevOps execution
Packs run on demand, per release or scheduled — pass/fail gates before anything reaches production.
MAS 9 coverage
Native MAS 9 packs and migrated legacy packs, including custom controllers and MAS Mobile on-device.
Schedule the full regression pack to run automatically after each nightly environment build — you open a fresh results report with your first coffee, before users touch the system.
Which of these sounds like your week?
Pick the one that stings most — that is where we would start. Each of these can be scoped in a single conversation.
"We rebuild the same report every Monday."
→Workflow automation and scheduled reporting — the job runs itself, with an audit trail and an alert when it doesn't.
"Our systems don't talk to each other."
→Integration across accounts, CRM, stock and operations — clean supported APIs instead of copy-paste between tabs.
"Nobody can answer a simple question with data."
→Dashboards and reporting built around the questions you actually ask — cash, jobs, customers, capacity, in one place.
"We know AI could help — we just don't know where."
→A short assessment that finds the two or three processes where AI pays for itself — and says plainly where it won't.
Six capabilities. One senior team, decades of sector experience, one standard of delivery.
Whether it is a single fix or a full transformation, the same discipline applies: scoped properly, tested properly, documented properly.

Straight answers, before you even ask
The things businesses want to know before picking up the phone. If yours isn't here, it's a one-line email away.

Q.01
Do you only work with large enterprises?
+
No — quite the opposite. Our background is enterprise-scale delivery, but Intelliflow AI exists to bring that discipline to small and mid-sized businesses. Engagements are right-sized: a single automation, one integration, or a longer programme.
Q.02
How do engagements and pricing work?
+
Daily-rate consultancy or fixed-price projects — whichever fits the work. Every engagement starts with a free consultation, and we will tell you honestly if something is not worth building.
Q.03
Can you work with the systems we already have?
+
Yes — that is usually the starting point. We are integration-first: accounts packages, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets and bespoke systems can almost always be connected and automated rather than replaced.
Q.04
Is AI actually useful for a business our size?
+
When applied to a specific process — reading documents, answering repeat questions, flagging what is drifting — yes, measurably. We only recommend AI where it pays for itself, and we say so when it does not.
Q.05
What about our data and security?
+
Enterprise habits carry over: least-privilege access, documented data flows, hosting in the region you require, and a clear answer on what any AI component does and does not see. Happy to complete your supplier security questionnaire.
Q.06
Can you test a Maximo upgrade without disrupting the team?
+
That is the point of the regression packs. They run against a copy of your environment, overnight or on a schedule, and produce a pass/fail report before anyone logs in. Nothing touches production until the evidence says it should.
